Small Group Workshops 

Circle of Wellness

This is a group session with friends. This session will start with mindfulness body scan, breathing exercises as a group to help nurture open and honest communication within the group. This session will help enhance your own health and well-being while strengthening the bond of your friendships. You will receive journals and discuss the steps to living a holistic life. Our session ends with learning and incorporating daily affirmations and restorative yoga to heal the body after negative releases
