I'm a passionate dance teacher with talent in Zumba, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Modern, and Hip Hop.
I enjoy Teaching group exercise classes including Zumba and cardio dance to corporate companies. In addition to motivating employees, communities and people to maintain fitness and a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically.
I am a certified Zumba instructor and Dance Instructor. I wanted to teach Zumba because I wanted to promote being healthy mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I’ve been a dancer for over 20 years and fitness provided me with the same love and passion as dancer. I love to infuse dance and fitness while creating a fun and sweaty jam session.
I have taught mindfulness and stress techniques classes to students, faculty, and events. I really enjoyed teaching mindfulness at Johns Hopkins University with the sports teams. I developed and conducted health and wellness seminars and training courses for faculty, students, and corporate employees throughout DC on topics including: weight management, physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and smoking cessation.
I enjoy restorative yoga because it allows Yoga experts a chance to rest and slow it down while being intentional with their breath and body flow. Then restore the body to its restful state.
I enjoy working using Reiki with my clients. It really helps to improve all aspects of someone’s life. It can give your body, mind, and spirit the balance and energy it needs to live in your truth and be successful. It improves your personal relationships and your relationship with yourself.
