Our effective school wellness program will help create unity and decrease stress and burn out with your staff.
Our Wellness Program for Students and Families
Our wellness program can help students concentrate and stay on task. It can also decrease incidents of misbehavior during instruction. The wellness program will improve students’ motivation and engagement in class while helping them improve their grades and test scores. Our wellness program focuses on the physical, social, nutritional, emotional and behavioral needs of your students. We also involve the parents of the students which is an important key to changed behavior.
During this workshop we learn about the chakra system and what each chakra represents. We will also practice scanning the body’s energetic field, feeling and assessing the spin of each chakra and learning how to use tools to bring balance to the chakras and their hormone glands in the body
During this workshop we will practice slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. It is a completely different experience than most contemporary yoga. A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only four or five poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.
During the workshop you will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation, how to work with thinking that arises while practicing mindfulness, techniques for meeting and navigating intense emotions, practices that cultivate positive states of mind, the role mindfulness plays in communication and interaction, and support for practicing mindfulness.
Health and Wellness
During this workshop we will discuss healthy eating, alternative foods, and daily routines. You will learn how to change your habits and create a plan to implement a healthy mind, body and soul.
During this workshop we will discuss the barriers of self care and self care looks like for each individual. Then creating plans to make sure we take care of ourselves while we take care of others.

Selah and Myo
This workshop is for churches who are looking to improve the health and wellness of their congregation and community through education, prevention, awareness and positive self image and attitude. This workshop will help the congregation rest and revive their health and spirit.
