School Wellness Programs
Partner with us to create a culture of wellness at your school for students, families, and staff. Every school has in-service training, mandatory meetings at both the school and district level. Our effective school wellness program will help create unity and decrease stress and burn out with your staff.
Our Wellness Program for Students and Families
Our wellness program can help students concentrate and stay on task. It can also decrease incidents of misbehavior during instruction. The wellness program will improve students’ motivation and engagement in class while helping them improve their grades and test scores. Our wellness program focuses on the physical, social, nutritional, emotional and behavioral needs of your students. We also involve the parents of the students which is an important key to changed behavior.
During this workshop, we learn about the chakra system and what each chakra represents. We will also practice scanning the body’s energetic field, feeling and assessing the spin of each chakra, and learning how to use tools to bring balance to the chakras and their hormone glands in the body.
During this workshop, we will practice slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. It is an entirely different experience than most contemporary yoga. A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only four or five poses, supported by props that allow you to relax and rest completely. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.
During the workshop, you will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation, how to work with thinking that arises while practicing mindfulness, techniques for meeting and navigating intense emotions, practices that cultivate positive states of mind, mindfulness's role in communication and interaction, and support for practicing mindfulness.
Health and Wellness
This workshop will discuss healthy eating, alternative foods, and daily routines. You will learn how to change your habits and create a plan to implement a healthy mind, body, and soul.
During this workshop, we will discuss self-care barriers and what care looks like for each individual. Then creating plans to make sure we take care of ourselves while we care for others.

Somatic Mindful Movement
During this workshop, we will teach you how movement can be our secret ingredient to deepening our connection with our body. This low-impact dance exercise class is rooted in elements of somatic movement. Somatic Therapy is a form of centering the body through therapy through the connection of the mind, body, and soul. This will help uncover and heal trauma in the body. We will coach you while doing physical techniques such as dance or yoga to release stress and tension in the body.
Welcome to Wellness....Finding Your Inner Joy
During this workshop, we will discuss our morning routine sets the tone for the rest of our day. Those who rush and feel distracted tend to lose touch with their life. This class is perfect if you want to reconnect with your spirit, unlock your creative potential, and break free from limiting habits. You will learn to practice self-care, increase focus, manage difficult emotions, raise your vibrations, and shift your perspective for a healthier, more balanced life. You can rediscover your beauty, inner joy, and authentic power by letting go of your barriers. During the class, we will guide you through a meditation and reflective journaling session to help you connect with your inner self and capture your thoughts, dreams, and aspirations for the remainder of 2023.

This workshop is for churches who are looking to improve the health and wellness of their congregation and community through education, prevention, awareness and positive self image and attitude. This workshop will help the congregation rest and revive their health and spirit.
